In 2022 I hiked the PCT, that's 2,600 miles to raise money for KOTO, but what do they do?
KOTO stands for Know One, Teach One.

KOTO is a foundation in Vietnam that empowers at-risk and disadvantaged youth to pursue a life of dignity by providing training, life skills and opportunity through its hospitality training programs.
I have spent a lot of time working and living in Vietnam as part of my career in the food industry, so this cause is close to my heart. I've also spent many years working in the hospitality industry, where I have made some lifelong friends. I really want to support and actively give back to this cause that gives disadvantaged youth in Vietnam the opportunity to develop a career in food and hospitality.

100% of donations are sent straight to KOTO through the Global Giving platform (revised project coming soon!). I am not receiving any contribution for my hiking adventure. I have collaborated closely with KOTO to make this possible. I'm so looking forward to seeing the positive impact this fundraising will have.
